1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "timeph" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at timeph.cam, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the timeph platform, used to access and use platform services.
• "Platform" means the timeph website at timeph.cam, including all subpages, content, and digital services accessible therein.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered for and/or uses an Account on the timeph Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Player using real-money funds from their timeph Account balance.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive awarded to a Player by timeph, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, including identity and age verification requirements mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by timeph, including but not limited to browsing the timeph website, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any Wager, you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by:

• These Terms and Conditions in their current form;
• The timeph Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time;
• The timeph Responsible Gaming Policy;
• All game-specific rules and bonus terms applicable to any product or promotion you participate in;
• All applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

These Terms and Conditions apply in full and without modification. timeph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register for and use a timeph Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is permitted under applicable law;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of timeph or any of its affiliated companies;
• Not be a person excluded from gambling under any self-exclusion program administered by timeph or PAGCOR;
• Not have had a previous timeph Account terminated for violation of these Terms.

timeph reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to access or use the timeph Platform.

4 Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on timeph, you are required to create a single Account using accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to promptly update any changes. You may not create more than one Account on the timeph Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of associated balances.

4.2 KYC Verification

As required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, timeph may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, residential address, and the source of funds used to deposit on the Platform. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued Philippine identification card (such as a passport, driver's license, PhilSys ID, or UMID), proof of address, and payment method documentation. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension or closure of your Account and may result in the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any third party. timeph will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify timeph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.

5 Deposits and Payment Methods

timeph accepts deposits through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. timeph does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods or on behalf of third parties.

Deposit minimums, processing times, and any applicable transaction fees are displayed in the Cashier section of your timeph Account and are subject to change. timeph reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where the deposit is suspected to be linked to fraudulent or illegal activity. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods previously used to deposit to your Account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Prior to processing any withdrawal, timeph may require the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.2.

timeph reserves the right to apply a waiting period to withdrawal requests, particularly in cases where KYC verification is pending, an active bonus is subject to wagering requirements, or a security review of account activity is underway. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been satisfied.

Any withdrawal request that timeph determines in good faith to be connected to fraud, money laundering, collusion, or violation of these Terms will be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited. timeph will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in connection with any such investigation.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, timeph offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and expiry periods.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal request may be submitted.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

timeph reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused the bonus system. Conduct constituting bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; hedging bets across multiple accounts; placing low-risk bets specifically to meet wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with ordinary gameplay; or colluding with other Players to accumulate bonuses improperly.

8 Gaming Rules and Technical Malfunctions

All games offered on the timeph Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are made available within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.

In the event of a malfunction, software error, or communications failure that interrupts a game in progress, timeph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the Player's Account. timeph does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any game or the Platform as a whole and shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond timeph's reasonable control.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the timeph Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of any Account balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place Wagers or interact with Platform games;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker and sports betting;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any game to obtain an advantage not intended by timeph;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Attempting to access or use the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic or account-based restrictions;
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Making chargebacks or disputes against legitimate timeph transactions with your payment provider.

timeph actively monitors Platform activity for prohibited conduct and cooperates with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in connection with any investigation of suspected illegal activity.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the timeph Platform — including but not limited to the timeph name, logo, software, game content, graphics, text, design elements, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of timeph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the timeph Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any timeph content without the express prior written consent of timeph.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, timeph shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the timeph Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

timeph's aggregate liability to any Player, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player to their timeph Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the claim giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit timeph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by timeph's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

timeph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the timeph Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy law under Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering for a timeph Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

timeph will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties, except where required to do so by applicable law or PAGCOR regulation, or where such transfer is to a third-party service provider engaged by timeph to assist in the operation of the Platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) subject to appropriate data protection safeguards.

13 Responsible Gaming

timeph is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Players and to preventing problem gambling in compliance with its PAGCOR licensing obligations. timeph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit controls;
• Session Time Limits: Automated reminders and enforced session time caps;

14 Account Suspension and Termination

timeph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if timeph has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by law or by PAGCOR direction.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting timeph customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonuses subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

Where an Account is terminated by timeph for breach of these Terms, timeph reserves the right to withhold and void any Account balance, pending bonuses, and winnings where such amounts are directly linked to the prohibited conduct giving rise to termination.

15 Amendments to Terms

timeph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or by prominent notice on the timeph Platform prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the timeph Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting timeph customer support. timeph will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine disputes fairly and in good faith. Players who are dissatisfied with timeph's handling of a dispute may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory complaint process.
